Forum-Quote warner?

Anyway we have the messages thing up in the top right corner of the forum right?
I just think it would be sorta nice to have one next to that, which was Quotes like
Hey, -Name here-, you have 23 messages, 0 are new And 2 Quotes.

"That would require Badpost to Recreate the Forum" or What ever Cause i already know...
