Blockland needs to be more easy to use

After using the tutorial, I understood the basics of Blockland. But, after creating my own server, no one would come! Soon I found out that it was because my server was "dead". Installing add-ons... Why so hard? Why not make it possible to add add-ons to Blockland easier? I know there's RTB, but not EVERYONE knows about it. Blockland should add a system to add user generated Add-ons from the forum much more easier. Hard? Are you kidding me? All you do is copy and paste a file into the Add-Ons folder and enable it. Before v9 came out you had to download the .zip or .rar and then extract it to the Add-Ons folder. Result? Clusterforget of people making really messed up forced-downloads like "Add-Ons/Add-Ons/add ons/MANGOBEAN/weapon/shape/data/base/data/skies/weapon.dts". In short: You're an idiot for not knowing how to cut and paste and click a checkbox.
Also, im sure there should be a way to download required information from servers much faster. I get tired of sitting there watching the bar going by soo slowly. So I press ESC and go to another server hoping that I dont have to download anything. There'll be an update to RTB3 for fixing the Server Information page eventually. Otherwise just go to Options>Network and uncheck Download Weapon shapes/textures/explosion shapes/etc"
Maps are also a pain, Having to download huge maps such as Paradise and Raceways are a very big pain and should be fixed to enter games more smoother and faster. Impossible to do, we're running on the fastest networking this version of TGE has to offer. Get better internet or hope the host has good upload and you have good download.
User appeal on the home page doesn't look very.. friendly. It looks kind of adultish.. Maybe changing the home page graphics would bring in more members, since I can see all the advertisements everywhere What? Adultish? How? I don't see bikini models all over the home page, wtf?.
I play Blockland all the time, and i'm not saying its dumb, stupid, or not worth paying for. Its actually a fun game with a great game engine and easy to use scripting. Im just giving my opinions on the game and hoping that staff read this. Thank you.

He means when joining servers, and that you have to wait for the add-ons to download during the loading screen. :/
