From what I know from me hacking (my own computer, lol) the main reason it's done is for two reasons: Challenge: They like some fun in breaking a firewall. I'd imagine making a good virus is actually pretty hard. Contraband: It's fun because you aren't supposed to do it. Just like it's fun break a small rule without getting caught. I think a main reason they do it is because they can avoid any idea of responsibility because they never actually see their victim. |
