Yes but it would be pot modded and would break and would be crap.
Try to save up, and i can probbaly lend you some cash.
20-50 should work fine.
Ask your parents for 20.
Work for another 50, and i'll get you 10-40
With that you could buy an 80 mW, which will last you for a good amount of time.

Make them pay you 30 and say you're losing alot of money becuase they cost 50$
Then when ordering something put there adress but it bills to you, but you have the money to make up for it.
Thus extra money.
