I have port forwarded but my servers are still dead?

I have port forwarded many times but my servers still appear dead. This includes dedicated and non-dedicated servers. It worked for me before but I just started up my server one day and it was dead and has been dead ever since. Please tell me what imformation I need to provide ot how to host again.

Your IP address most likely changed because it happens to me ALOT. I don't know why though.

Make sure your IP is not static.
Enter your IP that you have and Port-Forward again.
