Decal Help.

My Camouflage Decal that I have been trying to get right for about a year now doesn't work. I sized it and packaged it correctly and it shows up in the "Avatar Options" window but when I choose it is blank. Please help.

I don't think giving out fake internet cookies for a reward does anything, so you'll get this



Even comes with unknowing man :P
