HELP! Fraps screwed up Blockland!

I'm new to fraps. I got the Movie making, screenshotting, and FPS down, but how do i make it run whenever Blockland Runs? and where do I download it?

I suggest just using FRAPS to see frames per second and screenshots.
Filming for FRAPS is a clusterforget and makes a 30 frames per second movie for 30 seconds into 7 GB.

why not get a screen shot with ctrl p?
