How do you change the welcome message color in RTB?

Just wondering how I change the color of the welcome message in RTB prefrences. I used to be able to do it but I forgot :D.

Makingblah:

<color:FFFFFF>Welcome message in white.
the first 2 f's are Red, the middle 2 are Green, and the last 2 are Blue.
<color:000000>Welcome message is black.
