Prank Calling!

My neighbor told me on a prank call that its illegal to prank call him. Is this true? Because i dont want to get arrested or something if i do it again.

It's not illegal. You will get a slap on a hand and a "bad boy!" if anyone reports you. However if you're harassing people through it, then yes THAT is illegal.
