Linksys WRT150N tutoril http://www.portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Linksys/WRT150N/Blockland.htm  I even found it for you. I believe the only thing which will be even slightly different is how to set up a static IP. (And the fact you use your internet browser not internet explorer.)

I did not know that it would get sticky'd when I made it, I wish I could edit it to make it for both types of connections. But most people do use a Mac Airport when they have a Mac computer.
