Add-ons wont download?

Every time i go to download an add-on it opens up the forums on RTB (not the rtb page, but the blank forums) and no download thingy. please help.

Try enableing them.

Well, since RTB went from v2 to v3 the old forums got deleted so if you are looking at old add-ons the downloads have been deleted. Try using the new forums.
