I didn't get my permit until I was 17 and didn't get my license until the Halloween before my 18th birthday (Nov 23). I've been driving for years before that though. |

Like Colten said, NJ's Driving laws are very strict. I saw 4 cars get pulled over for speeding on my street last week. Ahaha.. |
