Voice is weird after being sick. :C

After about 3 days of being sick, with something, my voice has been groggy the entire time, and now I don't feel sick, and I don't cough or sneeze either. But it's been about 3 days since I've been sick and my voice is still groggy...
Any suggestions? I don't know what I was sick with.

Puberty? I've had the same problem with the groggy voice before, it'll wear off eventually.
