What are some good books to read?

Read the Road, and you will think its all darkness. its not, there is 'hope' in the darkness, and the darkness just makes that hope look that much brighter. i still think it sucks though :c

Ah, I hate it when books are made into films.
If you read a book, then watch the film of it, almost all the images you get from the book are different from how they're displayed and then your images are ruined.
And, if you watch the film first, and THEN read the book, you can't produce your own images of characters, and the book isn't really read to it's fullest extent.

Atleast, that's how I see books-to-films. Others may find it easier to blend the two images together or ignore one.
I would also recommend the 'Chronicles of Narnia' and not just 'The Lion The Witch and The Wardrobe'. That one is probably my second least favourite one. It's rather over-hyped by the movies made of it.
But all in all, the books are a really good read and really creative.
