Not possible, so just stop whining. If you're hosting a build on a public server, it's pretty much up for grabs. Doesn't mean people should try to steal it, but they can. You guys always go around like "omg i found a build stealer BAN ON SIGHT!" Those last three words seem to express the most immaturity I can think of when dealing with a situation like this.
