I can't get the ports to work.
I use Ports they always say and nothing.
Any help?
Also i got Bl Ports, I've ported before.

I have the same problem.

If you have BL ports forwarded (28000-28030), you can use 28001 or any other port between the BL ports in place of 27015.

Then end it at what?

Just use port 28001 when starting a server. Don't end it in anything.

Wait what?  Port forwarding for tf2 is not a range, it's single?

It's like that for every multiplayer Orange Box engine game.

Ohh, i had it all wrong then.

Okay, so 28001 TCP and UDP?

This is very hard to explain since I'm not exactly sure what I did myself. I just know it works.

I followed Badspot's port forward tutorial then used port 28001 in Synergy.

But in other games like Gmod how do I set it to use 28001?

How would you do that in tf2 too?

Just forward these lol,

Find your router - look for Half Life 2 Steam (spelled just like that), then forward what it tells you to. :P
