RTB 2 - broken

I thought they were supposed to remain downloadable and viewable.

I gave atleast 4 months notice that the RTB2 system would be closed down permanently and all files would be cleared. I also gave reminders constantly leading up to the RTB2 archiving and then closure. This has now been done.
