nah, i'd say the atrophy of rights has been going on for a while now...
half of it was people making a stupid decision to take a chance. plenty of it was also people being manipulated into bad situations such as credit card debt, yes. However, not everyone with a credit card is living in an alley, Plenty of people just did not know how to manage their money, part of the horrible education system as well.
The government is hell of a lot larger than the constitution set it up to be. and they already have been infringed, and hey, no violent revolution

This is not true. The education is poor, but it is corporate manipulation. You're a tool for them and their interests, along with every Republican.
