In general to all gun freaks here: I'm Canadian guys, I don't know anyone who's owned a gun and I can't be sure I know anyone who's shot a gun. There's no purpose to a right to bear arms, it's based on a system where it's necessary to carry around a gun or out of paranoia. It doesn't seem like anyone would ever have a reason to own a gun, ever. Sure, you can defend yourself from dangerous people, but what's the chance you're ever going to have someone try to murder you?
