As far as I'm concerned Obama has improved the US a stuff load, you can't please everyone and things take time. Most Americans are to ignorant to work this out, but if all you care about is the US of A then honestly you're going to have problems with Obama.
Kevin Rudd (The Australian PM) has improved Australia here and there on different subjects, though there are some problems with him its better now then it was.
