Oh... I got it. I honestly don't think there should be a penalty for being homeless. If you truly can't support yourself due to injury and such, I believe you should be taken in and cared for, but people have gotten so lazy that they won't work. I think that we should stop supporting the homeless that are just too lazy. Have something like this: Homeless person: "I'm homeless, can I get some soup?" Soup person: "Do you have any injuries preventing you from working that you can prove?" Homeless person: "Um... Well.... No." Soup person: "No soup for you!" If they're hungry, they'll work. |

They're walking health hazards. |
