Daily Stupid Voicemail?

I got something like this on my cell. I turned my phone on after school and in 7hrs i had accumulated 20 voice mails - all from American Express. The forget?

Nope, the person who had my phone number before me was a bad boy/girl apparently
signed up for some credit cards and other things under diff names and then ran off leaving me with debt calls 'n such
