Port Forward help! PLZ HALP!

Those are usually default.

nope, admin admin, nonono, im so confused! nothing, and portfoward.com, nope. nothing at all. when i type admin for pass, it goes like 50 letters long. when i type the adress for the bar, it goes to the verizon login. it is correct thoe.
