Screen Sideways

I was in blockland at the menu, I changed graphic settings. After everything was done, my screen was. . . Sideways. . . Any help?

Ctrl+Alt+Up arrow? We can change the screen direction on our school's computers... =3

I did, it worked, but...

The black area is not black for me, it is the main image mashed together a million times.
And I can't even get to the Quit button, my mouse can only move about halfway in between the quit and options buttons.
