Possibly a Pumpkin Cataplt. But this won't really be a weapon as it is a vehicle.

A Dracula mask with pointy teeth that works as a melee weapon.
It would do considerable damage and make the player slowly lose health until they have a certain amount left.
Quickedit: Also, it would mount on your face, obviously.
