What PCI video card would work for Blockland?

Note: I have a computer with nothing but 3 PCI slots, so I can't get an AGP or PCI-express card.
What kind of PCI video card would work in Blockland?

This appears to be the best PCI card you can get.  Only $90.  It should run Blockland handily.

Though it's a pretty weak card and you'd probably be better off trying to get a leftover card from a friend or something.
