have you ever seen or heard anything like ghost or big foot (REAL LIFE)

I sometimes hear weird noises in our place where you go in a sit shoes and stuff. Like someone is there. And im so scared when sleeping because suddenly my plug turns off and on. (Energy saving) It turns off when inactive for a while and turns on again for some reason :P

Yeah, I messed up what I meant to say.
We know ghosts don't exist.
People believe spirits exist. That should clear it up.
