What is wrong with my TDM?

Ok, for some reason my TDMs havent been going so nicely... ok, to make a long story short, my teams are REALLY screwed up. When I make...say... a red team and a blue team, the red team person may spawn on the blue team spawn, I coloured the red team spots red, made the red team colour that colour of red but it randomly switches around, it might spawn on the red team spot, red team spot, blue team spot, red team spot, blue team spot... so on... please tell me whats wrong or what im doing wrong.

Scale spawns? ummm those are the ones that make the vehicle smaller, right? If it is, then yes, yes I do.

oh, okay... what, are they bad? This should be spreaded to other people cuz I probably think its more than me that has this problem.. thx for the help!!
