I still need armor upgrades and stuff too. I'm still trying to recruit the Assassin to my team, I failed Samara's mission to seduce a whore with a killer vagina, I still haven't started on Brute's mission, and I lost some loyalty to Miranda because I broke up a fight between her and Jack.

How the hell do you fail loyalty missions and not upgrade the ship. You are going to forget up so bad on the Self Delete mission.
