Idiot.
Anyway, I've managed to get almost all the ship upgrades through scanning/probing planets for resources and some weapon/armor upgrades.
I managed to do Grunt's mission and completed it, therefore earning his loyalty.
I recruited Thane, did his mission. Loyalty yay.
I'm still getting all the upgrades though.
I also managed to snag some prototype upgrades (rocket launcher, extra heavy weps ammo, etc).
Also sue stop gloating about how well you thought you did in ME2.
Also got the Geth robot guy from reaper ship, haven't activated him yet.
