Settings > Account > Change Password or Secret Question

set your secret question answers to be like 123 or 456 so they are easy to remember
or
answer with something that has nothing to do with the question.

Ok, I changed my password and added a secret question. What else should I do to protect my computer considering I have yet to load antivirus software on it. :/
