I would have said to try to uninstall the game, but then I realised that you can't do that, because you can't even get in. If regulith's advice doesn't work (which it probably will) I would suggest a defrag.

Oh well, I sent a letter to steam support, And i hope they'll be able to replace my games.

Yeah, Except for some reason, Blockland and some pre-loaded games are there.
