in some states (im sure they differ) you go to courthouse for your paperwork. they run a criminal record check on you. you fill out your paperwork and spend the 20-200 dollars they want. based on your criminal check, credit check, marriage status, legal resident status, all pending decision from someone. you wait 6-8 government business weeks. tada |
