Vehicle health bar and Repair Torch.

This post has nothing to do with a damn pipe wrench! stop talking about it, all im asking if it would be cool to have a blow torch that can heal a vehicle by spraying a little flame on it..... like a blow torch.

The pipe wrench has the exact same function as your suggested blow torch. It does not set things on fire though.
