here's one www.gifworks.com It's free forever, no sign ups. Supports Transparency Sadly, it only takes .gif files.... You can make the .gif any size, then convert it down to 75x75 VERY good quality outcome. I use this to make my animated avatars, and i highly reccomend it for you. |
