I like 3 sandwiches on itailan herbs and cheese:
Buffalo chicken
Spicy italian
Turkey breast and ham

Each one with (im picky and dont like taste of jalapenos): lettuce,tomatos,pickles, and mustard (because it tastier and healthier)

I do not like Subway.
It's just something about how mechanized the sandwiches seem. Its like... everything is planned, and thats not what makes a good sandwich.
Also every single one of their stores is moldy from storing all the yeast and stuff.

Italian Bread
Black Forest Ham
Swiss/Pepperjack cheese
Lettuce
Onions
Olives

Cold

Is what I get almost every time I go there.

I prefer the Deli at Wawa over Subway
I get a Whole-Toasted Turkey and Provolone Hoagie

Yeah, generally they're healthy considering you only get a 6 inch, do not add cheese, no dressings, add twice the amount of veggies as you do the meat, in fact, just get rid of any pork or beef and go with chicken. Heck, get rid of the chicken and go veg, heck, just starve yourself because you realize you're actually anorexic. /healthnut
