Oh try to use search, if you don't find anything look on www.returntoblockland.com I'm not so sure where to find it tough.

I've been looking for this as well. It doesn't show up in Search and it was probably lost when Ephialtes mindlessly deleted the RTB2 download manager.
I believe Amade made it, maybe we should contact him.

He really doesn't need the ban hammer. I can't see any good coming from that. It destroys builds, kicks people, bans people, and kills people.
