Anyways, the black queen isn't dead, midnight crew is in the future of jack's time.
The black queen is dead in their instance of the game. In the trolls' instance of the game the black queen and the 4 agents are eventually exiled to the trolls' home planet. Then the agents create the midnight crew and the black queen joins the felt.
In the kids' version of the game the black queen gets killed because of something the kids have done (which is Jade's present to John which is how Jack killed her). In this version of the game the White Queen, Parcel Mistress, Authority Regulator and the Wonderful Viceroy (I just made that name up, it uses the same letters as the Wayward Vagabond and a viceroy is somewhat like a mayor) are all exiled to the kids' home planet (Earth).
