Maybe we'll see a callback to the Black Queen. Slice the finger off then finish her off.

Guess I need to update my old villain checklist.

Lord English - We're still piecing together his backstory after fast-forwarding over tons of stuff Caliborn did, but he's still the clear final boss of Homestuck. Plenty of hints surrounding the actual battle with him, but still quite open to interpretation.

Her Imperious Condescension - Much more immediate threat. Though she clearly wants English gone, she's a much more immediate threat than him, and her own agenda is pretty malicious beyond that, so yeah, she's gotta go.

Jack Noir - Pushed to the sidelines for three years, he's finally on the verge of reentering the game. No instance of Jack has been killed to date, so despite him being an obvious menace to all, whether he'll actually be struck down as we once expected is questionable. Due to the way Homestuck works, his life is almost certainly tied to those of his peers, so he's either gonna live or they're all gonna die.

Spades Slick - Not necessarily a villain, but he is entering the session, and as said above, his life is probably linked to that of the other Jacks. However, he is carrying...

The Felt - Loyal followers of Lord English. Hard to say whether they're still loyal, but they're all pretty expendable (hell, they've all been killed once already), so I suspect they're cannon fodder no matter what their allegiance.

Nord Jacklish (Sorry, I don't know of a good name for him) - Still know very little about this guy, except he has the destructive power of DMK crossed with a sandstorm, but he's weak against being teleported into the middle of nowhere, and he was pushed aside within five minutes of being created, so I doubt he'll be a big threat to the players.

Jane Crocker - Presumably very dangerous with that trident, but not much of a threat beyond that, besides maybe keeping Kanaya on a leash through her addiction. I suspect she will be freed of the control; Hussie kills off characters left and right, and we could use a few revives as we move into the endgame.

Jade Harley - DEAD. But not marking her off the list yet because she's set to be revived. Hopefully, though, Jane can somehow be interrupted long enough to deal with the Condesce, in the brief window she isn't guarded by a semipotent demidog.

Gamzee Makara - Currently working for Aranea, this would have to be one of the brief windows where his motives are somewhat clear. He's still one of the biggest wildcards, though, and while it is implied he has magic clown armor, getting him out of the picture sooner would be beneficial.

Kurloz Makara - DEAD. But still clearly working in the interest of Lord English. Not sure what you can do about him, though; English is the only known one with double death powers. Perhaps he'll get rid of him and Gamzee upon ascending to ??? Tier.

Aranea Serket - Stolen a plot critical item, on a quest to solve every problem that ends in her own interest, offending all her friends, beginning every third sentence with "I'm sorry I have to do this, but..." She's clearly on a downward spiral, and she's got to go.

Draconian Dignitary - After getting cut down by Dave and lost with the Midnight Crew, the last remaining instance of DD is presumably still on Derse, though he's unlikely to remain out of the way forever.

Courtyard Droll - Hardly a villain, but a notable servant of those more suited to the title, the last CD is harmless with no instruction, but it may just be wishful thinking to hope he makes it out alive, though I'd put his chances above most of the others.

Guess it wouldn't be a checklist if I didn't include the ones that have actually been dealt with.

Black Monarchs - All three sets so far are out of the picture, save B2 BQ, whose status is likely dead but uncertain, and it would be just like Hussie to wrap up that loose end in a cool way as we move on. Only other one of note from these guys is Snowman who stopped being a villain long before death.

Doc Scratch - DEAD. Or rather, now in the form of Lord English. While he was interesting to have around, Homestuck is getting complicated enough without his clever manipulation, and if he had survived any longer, every last word from him would be examined in detail by the community after that last prank. So yeah, better off with him out of the way.

Eridan Ampora - Thankfully DEAD. Between his stagnant personality and his senselessly evil actions in his final hours, I think everyone can be glad that he's gone.

Hegemonic Brute - Two decapitated, one left roaming a calendar of horses in some memory off in the furthest ring. Safe to say we won't be hearing from him again.

I honestly don't expect they'd get along well, considering that mental breakdown Dirk had with AR.
