Hands go down after the player doesn't shoot for a while.

Besides, some weapons like the medigun have backpacks which are attached to the weapon, so the back part goes into the back of your head.

Going and having to individually configure the weapons on your server for a graphical effect nobody will ever notice seems a little bit pointless.
