Sound Composers?

I don't know what they are called...but I need something that is used to compose a bunch of sounds (That I have) into some sort of full blown song, thing. Osrta like iMovie, WMM, but with just sounds? Any good free ones?

I am not willing to pay any money.

Welll... you said iMovie, Garageband is like iMovie for music. It comes on every Mac... if you have iMovie you have it.
