Maybe it isn't perfectly aligned with the brick grid?
I know you can place bricks as objects in the map editor without them being aligned, so that may be what's wrong.

People could have stats saved under their BL_ID and two clients of the same ID could log-in, and work twice as hard.

Maybe when 2 people of the same BL_ID are on the server, reduce the effectiveness of their tools? Maybe to 75 or 66 percent. Possibly a setting.

Is this suppose to break projectile damage?

Only explosions can do damage for me when this is enabled.
