Keyboard troubles, several keys not working

After more testing, I found I have the same problems in the ingame GUIs like the IRC.

Are you sure you expanded the "Human Interface Devices" category? I am 100% sure what I posted is the fix.

Absolutely sure, I expanded all of the categories, it's not in any of them.
