Considering the alien is immune to all of our diseases, sure. More than likely an alien would most likely die shortly after it's left it's ship because the diseases we humans cure are still around, we are just immune to it.

I understand that, but most of the people just say aliens exist because of pictures.
Hell, an alien could be one of us, or someone you know.

There is no bacteria on Mars. Also, the UFO phenomenon is a load of stuff. It's likely there are sentient and sapient life forms out there, but we have no made contact yet. This much I am sure of.

Anyway, what alien wants US? We're smelly and any unknown life will sure as hell would just try to kill us.
