Which weapons/items would you use in a zombie apoc.

Darkhawk there is so many wrong things with your post.
First yes, your right a medical kit is not gonna help if you get bit but what if you get a large cut or something. And second the grocery store will be filled with zombies the time you get there.
General Nick:
Primary: Automatic shotgun or chaingun.
Secondary: Dual pistols.
Melee: Dual chainsaws.
Explosive: Explosive bullets + M-16.
Other: Medkits, pain pills, satellite phone, and a female of my choice if worst comes to worst. Oh and food.
