| Building a new computer! |

| Gadgethm:
I may soon be building a new computer, and I would like to know what you think I should get in terms of parts. I already have a list, but the idea is that you can suggest stuff to me. Keep in mind that I have a limited budget and would rather keep things as cheap as possible. Here's the list: Processor Motherboard Hard drive Power supply RAM Video Card Case Keyboard & mouse Webcam (still thinking about this one) Here is an optional processor that i saw. I have a $25 gift certificate to Best Buy, so I figured I would only have to earn $20 more than with the other processor. I have space parts in my garage, so things like the CD drive and stuff isn't needed. |

Good stuff except the case, you can get one 100 times cooler at Best Buy for like 10 bucks. |
| Osak:
Ditch the motherboard, ditch the cpu, and ditch the graphics card. |
| General Nick:
Motherboard is made by some brand that sucks and its open box meaning its USED. CPU is awful, you're better off with the core 2 duo E7500 because pentiums these days are really awful. RAM is alright. Power supply brand is sketchy and not high-powering. Graphics is god-awful. If you're looking to do any gaming at most you'll do source games around low. |
| Osak:
If you're building a computer, don't choose the cheap parts. |
