Please tell me how to get mission editor!

I use XP and they have quotes, and i had to download them to "My pictures". Just to download blockland... So what do i do? it says its not valid. Did i put the mission editor file in the wrong place? What? Oh my gosh, i need help.

Or if you happen to have a mac use Ctrl-M. You don't need to do the whole properties thing. Its built in! :cookieMonster: Also if F11 doesn't work just use Ctrl-M too. Works with me all the time.
