Different vehicle spawning angles?

Umm i have a qeustion..., is there a way to have a vehicle spawn at a different angle? like upside down, right sight up, verticle, or horrisontal?

forgive me of my english lol i usualy speak russian or german.

ViolentJ, the answer to your question is no, unfortunately. Vehicles may only be spawned right-side-up.

Because they are socalist. But, anyway, no, you can only make them spawn upwards.
