The Union Flag, is a mixture of the English, Scottish and Irish flag. The Welsh Flag wasn't added, as a Great big Red Dragon, wouldn't have fit in with the rest of the Flags.
*Flag Fact* The Union Flag, is only called the Union Jack, when it is out at Sea.
