Vehicles not contained by walls!

i do agree, it its not fair for a place to be blocked, and only admins can use it, but a non-admin goes straight through the wall with a car or plane of some sort

Exactly. I was playing at a Star Wars place and there was a secret headquarters that controlled the place, and so I just flew straight through the wall inside the headquarters and killed all of the admins there. =D

But if I'm talking about flying through bricks, why would that be Torque's problem?

Because Torque handles the collision physics.

You can still do something like that :P
Set your size to 0.2 then go far and then jet into the wall real fast :P
